Core Energy Systems has supplied heating for the Wild Walk development, an exclusive collection of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes on the outskirts of Telford, just a stone’s throw from Granville Country Park.
The selected house type, the Newbury, is one of Lovell’s most popular designs. This three-bedroom home, featuring a range of modern amenities, was an ideal choice for the heating system installation.
As part of the Lovell Tomorrow Home initiative, the EcoHeatwave system was chosen as a new and modern heating solution for the home, alongside a 200L Edel air-source hot water cylinder and a 2.2kWp solar array as a proof of concept for Lovell’s future home designs.
The system is zoned into seven areas, providing full control throughout the house. Homeowners can heat specific areas as needed via our smart app and schedule heating times using smart home automation.
CNG Electrical handled the installation, with training and commissioning support from the Dixon Group. Installing the heat panels throughout the home took just nine hours, with the system thoroughly tested at each stage.
Initially planned as a Show House to demonstrate the new heating system, this home has already been sold by Lovell, with completion set for December 2024. The home will achieve an EPC B rating and offer energy-saving features across all installed technologies.
